Q fever fatigue syndrome: treatment with long-term doxycycline or cognitive behavioural therapy
Randomized controlled trial of adults with Q fever fatigue syndrome (QFS), recruited from outpatient clinics and patient networks. Participants were followed over 24 weeks of treatment (CBT, doxycycline, or placebo), with additional follow-up at 12–15 months. Data include self-report questionnaires, actigraphy, and clinical assessments.
