Rheumatism and chronic fatigue: The CHICKGene cohort study on Reunion
CHIKGene was a cross-sectional and case-control genetic study of adults with prior chikungunya infection, combining multiple existing cohorts and hospital records. Participants were assessed 2–15 years after infection to investigate long-term outcomes, including fatigue and rheumatic symptoms. Data include questionnaires, interviews, and genetic analyses (GWAS).
